After contacting the insurance company multiple times for over a month ourselves. And only receiving evasive answers, and we knew we needed help. So, we contacted Eric and he visited the next day to explain our options based on his assessment. Needless to say, Eric jumped into action and by 2pm the same day he had submitted all paperwork to start the claim. He kept us informed of all updates pertaining the claim. He helped us close the deal in a short period of time. Insurance companies will always try to low ball claims if you don't have the right representation.
